Art of the
unknown
At J&S Practice, you won’t just find words you’ll find images too. The artworks you see here are not just decoration. In Jungian psychology, symbols, dreams, and images hold a central place. They speak their own language: the language of the unconscious. Where words sometimes fall short, art can make you feel or sense something you can’t yet put into words.
Booking a session at J&S means choosing time and space to look inward. Maybe you feel stuck in your work or relationships, maybe there’s a sense of restlessness, or maybe you don’t quite know why, only that something feels missing. In Jungian psychotherapy, that’s not a problem, but a starting point.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your conscious and unconscious life. Dreams, images, feelings, and thoughts are given space, so insight and transformation can unfold. It’s an invitation not just to ease your symptoms, but to get to know yourself more deeply and reconnect with your own strength.
So, if you feel it’s time to move forward, in yourself, your relationships, or your path in life, this is the right moment to reach out.
JUNGIAN
THERAPY
Jungian analysis balances a clinical approach with openness to the deeper dimensions of the psyche. It recognises that the challenges we face often have identifiable causes while also carrying layers of symbolic meaning connected to something larger than ourselves.
Understand yourself better, and find more space and ease in life.
SANDPLAY
THERAPY
Sandplay therapy is a gentle, nonverbal, and creative form of therapy that helps you connect with unconscious memories and emotions. It takes place using a tray of sand and a collection of miniature figures. Through these symbols, sandplayers express stories, feelings, and inner images that are often difficult to put into words. Working in the sand makes the inner world visible and tangible.
JUNGIANS
THERAPY
Jungian therapy looks in both directions we explore your past, and we also look at where your energy wants to go. It’s a dialogue that unfolds as you begin to understand the language of your own inner world. The conversation is complemented by creative methods such as visualization, art therapy, voice dialogue, and somatic exercises. We also work with symbols and stories.
It's the simplest almost unnoticeable that carries the Greatest treasure
Often we begin with the desire to break free from patterns that hold us back, but beneath that lies a deeper longing to feel connected, with who we are and with the greater whole of which we are a part.

Parents about Sandplay
